Our vision

We go over and above what is expected of us to ensure that your travellers are thrilled with their experience in Jordan. Our customer service team act as the “face” of the company when meeting the guests upon their arrival to their hotel, and are there to assist them in the check-in process, explain their itinerary to them, answer any open questions they may have, and check-up on the guests throughout their stay. The customer service team is available 24 hours, seven days a Week.
